Taste the best of the Mackay & Whitsunday region’s local produce, paired with some of Australia’s best wine at the ultimate culinary experience of the G&S Engineering Wine & Food Day.

The Black Duck Kitchen’s outdoor kitchen will host two cooking demonstrations from celebrity chef, Paul West. Best known as the host of River Cottage Australia, Paul is a trained chef who has worked in venues such as the renowned Vue de Monde in Melbourne.

Paul is inspired by sustainable agriculture and we will be partnering with the Greater Whitsunday Farmers Market to bring ticket holders the best of our region’s local produce.

In addition to Paul's two demonstrations, we also welcome back Trudie Bishop and her chefs from The Family Table who will be delivering one of their innovative cooking experiences.

Ticket includes food and wine samples from Festival wine partners: La La Land Wines, MountAdam Vineyards and Crowded House Wines.
