COVIDSafe Ticketing and Events Information

The wellbeing of all patrons, staff, artists and crew is our priority. We are committed to doing everything that we can to protect our Community.

The MECC is operating in accordance with the current QLD Health Directive.

In line with Queensland Government Health Directive, from 17 December 2021, all who come to MECC will need to be fully vaccinated (16+ years) or medically exempt. You’ll need to register on arrival via the Check in Qld app and the easiest way to show proof of vaccination is to link your certificate or exemption through the app.

Masks are mandatory at The MECC, and we ask that you bring your own mask to the theatre with you. As The MECC is operating at 100% capacity under Queensland Government health directives, please be aware there may be patrons occupying the seats directly beside, behind or in front of you during a performance.

COVIDSafe Ticketing Terms and Conditions

IMPORTANT: Please read the COVIDSafe ticketing terms and conditions here, which are in addition to our standard terms and conditions, prior to purchasing your tickets.
